UAPA Moot Court Competition 2026

A unique criminal law litigation simulation designed by Jurisverse and Kraft Legal supported by M. S. Khan & Associates to train law students in bail jurisprudence, constitutional liberty, national security law, and courtroom advocacy under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

Participants will get to experience:

  1. Realistic criminal litigation workflow.
  2. Intensive bail drafting & oral arguments.
  3. Evidence-based advocacy.
  4. Judicial reasoning & constitutional balancing.
  5. Courtroom strategy under strict timelines.

Objective of this Competition:

  1. Develop practical criminal litigation skills.
  2. Build expertise in bail law & UAPA Jurisprudence.
  3.  Train students in time-bound drafting & advocacy.
  4. Encourage critical thinking on liberty vs. national security.
  5. Provide real courtroom simulation experience. 

This Competition is built to bridge the gap between law school theory and real criminal practice.
