Code of Law: The Algorithmic Challenge- Unravelling Justice in the Age of AI

This Journal examines the profound impact of Artificial Intelligence on contemporary legal systems and the administration of Justice. As courts, law firms, investigative agencies, and governments increasingly employ AL-driven technologies for legal research, predictive analysis, evidence evaluation, and decision-making, the traditional understanding of Justice is undergoing significant transformation.

The Journal seeks to critically analyze both the opportunities and the challenges presented by this technological shift, particularly with respect to transparency, accountability, privacy, algorithmic bias, and the protection of fundamental rights. By bringing together legal scholarship, ethical inquiry, and technological perspectives, this journal aims to contribute to an informed discourse on ensuring that the advancement of artificial intelligence remains aligned with the principles of fairness, equality and the rule of law.
